Are you a local or national magazine?
Actually, we are both! We advertise/promote businesses who service consumers on a statewide and national level. If you’re looking for local merchants/advertisers, we will be introducing links whereby you can click on your state and see all the merchants in a desired state.
As we continue to build our magazine, we will a link to every state and when accessed, you will be provided a web page link that displays advertiser/merchant images that will link to the magazine page they are displayed on.
This feature is not yet available until we have expanded our magazine with enough merchants to incorporate this feature.
How much do you charge for ads?
• 2-Page Spread: $600
• Full Page: $450
• 1/2 page: $300
• 1/4 page: $175
For an additional charge, you can choose to have your ad displayed on our homepage. Please contact us for a quote.
Do you create the ad?
Yes! We create the ad for you. We conceptualize and design your ad according to your specifications. You will supply us with the content (i.e. profile photo, property photo, text, logo(s), etc.). You will be sent a first draft of the ad to make any changes and then we’ll finalize the ad. Once your approve the ad, it will be live on our website within 24-48 hours.
How long does my ad run for?
Your ad will run for one (1) full year from the date it goes live on our website.
EXCEPTION: Front Inside Cover and Back Cover ads only run for a quarter period (3 months). Limiting the time an ad is placed in the magazine for these 2 specific ad locations provides other advertisers the opportunity to maximize their exposure, therefore promoting “fairness” to all.
How do I pay for ad space?
Our homepage provides options on various ad sizes or you can visit our shop page. Select the ad size you want and add it to your cart. We accept CashApp, Venmo and Zelle as payment options. To minimize the cost to our advertisers, we don’t use a merchant service provider to process credit cards – this would increase the prices on our ad spaces to cover the cost of such services and we want to minimize our expenses as much as possible and use that saved money towards promotions of our publication to better serve you.
Most apps are free and you connect your debit/credit card/bank to the account and you’re all set! Technology has advanced with these new apps which minimizes fees generally associated with a credit card processor. So we take advantage of that technology and with the current usage of mobile phones, we know many people are on the go and the mobile phone has become a very impressive convenience for most of us!
Can I make changes to my ad after it is published?
You can change your ad content at any time, but a small fee will apply for those changes. Please email us with details of your changes/edits.
Can I get a refund or cancel my order?
Once the ad is in the creation process, you are entitled to a partial refund because our designers are allocating their time to create the ad. If the ad is completed and published on our website, then no refunds will be administered under any circumstance.
There are NO REFUNDS for special offers on this website (example: Buy One, Get One Free) under any circumstances. Due to the low cost of our offers to future advertisers, our profits are minimal to maximize your exposure of your products and/or services.
Why don’t you have a printed magazine I can purchase?
We chose to have an online-only publication to minimize expenses without compromising the visibility of your business through our various promotions of our magazine.
A printed magazine can be costly and then additional funding is needed to pay for distribution of the printed magazine. We can effectively reach consumers (if not more so) digitally than with a physical printed product. We minimize our expenses and pass those savings along to you which makes purchasing our ads so affordable!
We will be promoting our website containing your ad(s) to various media outlets, newsletters, blogs, link exchanges and maybe expanding into other larger media outlets in the future.
Where do you advertise?
Because we just launched recently, we are looking into sharing our website links on other websites who are specializing in business promotion(s), link exchanges, newsletters, blogs, etc.
We don’t quite have sufficient content to promote as we want, but that does not prevent us from progressing and researching links to promote our magazine. We always promote our “best efforts” into getting our magazine in the public view through multiple platforms, websites and link sharing/exchanges. We will eventually go into PPC ads, but that’s on our list for the future.
We do not guarantee any ROI on your investment purchasing ad space on our website. As prior noted, we will put forth our due diligence to promote this magazine as much as possible in the shortest amount of time, but since this magazine is fairly new on the internet, we are mainly focused on sales of our ad spaces to increase the mass of our advertisers in our online-only publication.
Being a national online magazine, how can I search for local businesses and services in my state?
This is a great question! In the near future when our magazine begins to expand with more advertisers, we will incorporate links that represent each state. When that link is clicked (by the state you choose), you will be launched to a web page containing ads from all the advertisers/merchants in that state. Each one will then link to the page that it’s currently displayed in on our online magazine.
